Protection of personal Data:
With the entry into force of European Regulation No. 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR), the protection of personal data of individuals is strengthened and its treatment has been regulated. The application of this Regulation is very extensive considering that it is applicable to any entity that deals with the collection, storage and / or use of personal data of citizens of the European Union. As a result, it is applicable to companies not established in Europe but having a commercial relationship with Europe, which involves processing personal data.
